Associate Degree In Ministry Leadership
Description
Our programme is designed to produce spiritual and pulpit leaders who would bring transformation to the church, organizations and the nation. These will not be “thermometer ministers” who reflect the spiritual temperature of their environment but will be thermostat ministers who will change the spiritual temperature of their environment to what it ought to be. This programme is designed to produce spiritual change agents.
Bible schools were established from the days of Samuel when the only ministry gift was the prophet. Elijah and Elisha also led schools to develop the prophetic callings in a next generation of ministers. The biblical standard is that senior ministers who had the ability to impart to the next generation led schools.
In our day, there are four other ministry offices; the apostle, teacher, evangelist and pastor; along with deacons, administrators, motivational speakers that make up the church leadership. Therefore, our schools of impartation, teaching and association must cater to various types of spiritual leaders found in the new testament church.
Impartation
H.E. Ambassador Dr. Andre Thomas and the faculty of seasoned ministers with other pillars in the Caribbean and the global church, who carry impartations will minister and develop you in your calling.
The school is broken down into twenty-one modules. You will be taught the mysteries of the Kingdom of God, how to succeed and develop your unique calling.
Teaching
This course involves twenty-one modules that will unveil the secrets of succeeding in ministerial leadership and prepare you to manifest your unique calling and win spiritual battles.
Association
At the end of the nineteen-modules programme you will receive an Associate Degree in Ministry Leadership. Additionally, with the completion of The 12 Spheres of Leadership and the minister practical hours you will be credentialed as an Ordained Minister with our parent organization Fresh Anointing and Wisdom Network (FAWN) and receive an Associate Degree in Ministry Leadership.

Description:
Completing the course qualifies you to become a Licensed Minister. However, to become an Ordained Minister at least 60 hours of practical ministry work will need to be accomplished at your local church, local ministry or with FAWN. A senior minister in your local church or in a ministry or at FAWN will have to certify your practical ministry work.
